About Cyndi Laurin
Cyndi (Crother) Laurin, Ph.D. has 25+ years of experience in facilitating learning and organizational development, specializing in employee engagement and performance/operational initiatives. She is an author, speaker, general problem solver, and Certified LEGO (R) Serious Play Facilitator. She has a passion for people and performance improvement solutions to advance organizational effectiveness.
Cyndi is also the Program Director for the Business Administration Degree Programs as well as an Assistant Professor of Business Administration at Benedictine University Mesa and the Chief Training Officer for AMP Systems that provides simple, yet powerful tools to quickly transform managers into leaders.
